My husband and I have been trying to get a first time home buyers loan but we need to pay off are charge offs first. We where going to buy the home we were renting went throught all the paper work but the landlord was not going to sign untill we paid for the aprazal. So we set a day to get that done on r money. 15 days before we had gotten a 30day no caues eviction she wanted the house sold no matter what. so all 30 days go by still she would not sign. Inlaws have come to visit and the aprazer will be here at noon. two hours before the aprazer shows up I have the money in hand and i see a sharif pull in? then a nother and a nother? then I see the landlord , shariff comes up to me "you have 5 min to leave. "what, we are buying this house we already went to a morgage company" my husband was at work and I was home with the kids and the inlaws. so I asked the landlord what was going on. she had gotten a better offer on the home. why couldent she tell us this so we could have uped are offer or moved out. now we have an eviction on are credit so we cant rent anywhere. we are in my mothers house we sleep on the floor in the living room. the ather bad thing was we had animals on the land to. we moved the ponies up the street to a nabor. nice big place stalls arena lots of pasture no other animals. so I thought "one good thing came out of all this bad". so we were going to rent that place for the kids ponys so they dont lose everything. well almost a month down the road still have no where to live the guy with the barn calls us out to his place. He ran a credit check. we have to move the ponies. so we have no where to go and no where to move the ponies to. I have applied for everything. and most places want a credit card to even help us. for years I have had nothing but bad luck. can somone please help turn my luck around. we found a house with land but we need a home loan anything. the house in for 200000 we have old bills that have run are credit down we can get a loan if we pay off the 10000 in chargeoffs. please send me somone who can lend me the money to save are family. momincorvallis@yahoo.com
